Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to every order placed on asbarfurniture.com. By placing an order you agree to them. Asbar Furniture is located on Al Wahda Street, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.

1. Our products

• All our furniture is ready-made and imported from Turkey. We do not make products to order and we cannot change sizes, colours or fabrics.
• Product sizes are shown in centimetres on every product page. Small differences of a few centimetres can occur.
• Colours may look slightly different on screen than in real life because of lighting and screen settings. You are welcome to see the products at our showroom before you order.

2. Prices

• All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include 5% VAT.
• Prices and offers can change at any time. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout when you place the order.
• If a price is shown by mistake, or a product turns out to be out of stock, we will contact you and you can choose another product or receive a full refund.

3. Placing an order

• After you order, you receive a confirmation email with your order number.
• Our team calls you to confirm the order and agree a delivery date. An order is final once it is confirmed by phone.
• Please make sure your name, phone number and address are correct. We are not responsible for delays caused by wrong contact details.

4. Payment

You can pay by:

• Credit or debit card, processed securely. We do not store your card details.
• Tabby, in instalments, subject to Tabby’s own approval and terms.
• Cash on delivery, where offered at checkout: available inside Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman for orders up to AED 2,000, with a fee of AED 10. Payment is collected in full before unloading and assembly.

5. Delivery and assembly

• We deliver within 3 to 7 working days from order confirmation. Weekends and public holidays are not counted.
• Delivery is free inside the cities of Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman. Outlying areas such as Hatta, Khor Fakkan, Kalba, Dibba, Al Dhaid and Masfout, and all other Emirates, pay a delivery fee based on the size of the largest item in the order: AED 50 for small items, AED 100 for medium items and AED 300 for large items such as sofas, bedroom sets and mattresses. The fee is shown at checkout.
• Assembly by our own team is included.
• Our team calls you one working day before delivery. If we cannot reach you, the delivery is postponed.
• Please make sure the building lift, doors and corridors are wide enough for the furniture, and that the room is free of old furniture. If the furniture cannot be delivered safely, extra handling fees may apply, and we will agree them with you first.
• If you do not receive your order within 30 days of the agreed date, we may cancel it and keep the amount paid as a credit in your name.

6. Exchange, returns and cancellation

• We do not accept returns or refund orders after delivery.
• Products marked “Last Piece” are showroom pieces. They are sold as seen, in the condition you can inspect at our showroom, and they cannot be returned or exchanged and do not carry a warranty.
• A product with a manufacturing defect or damage at delivery is exchanged within 7 days of your report. Please check your order with our team at delivery, or send photos on WhatsApp within 48 hours.
• A paid order can be cancelled only before it leaves our warehouse: either for a shopping voucher of the full amount, valid for 6 months, or for a refund with 30% of the invoice value deducted.

7. Warranty

Our furniture comes with a 2 year warranty against manufacturing defects. Some products carry a shorter warranty, and when they do it is stated on the product page. Display items sold from our showroom do not carry a warranty. The warranty covers normal home use only and ends if the furniture is moved, taken apart or repaired by anyone other than our team. 8. Privacy

We use your details only to process and deliver your order and to contact you about it. Read our Privacy Policy.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Nothing in them limits your rights under UAE consumer protection law.
