Furniture guarantee:
(Bedrooms / Setting sets / Dining rooms / Tables) 2 years.
Mattresses guarantee:
3 years to 10 years, depending on the type of mattress.
- The guarantee does not include commercial use such as restaurants,hotels,and others,but is limited to home use only.
- The product is out of guarantee in the case of dismantling, installing, or transferring through any party other than our company.
- Warranty Limitations and Exclusions:
If your product is repaired or replaced, the limited warranty will not be renewed.
There are no warranty coverage against neglect of necessary care, improper assembly, handling or abnormal use of products, unexpected acts of nature.
This warranty specifically excludes coverage of damage related to climate conditions including heat, light and humidity levels, such as fading, color change, stretching, or shrinking.
