Reliable Delivery & Installation Terms

• Free Delivery Threshold: We offer free delivery for all orders worth AED 1,000 or more.

• Coverage Areas: We provide complimentary delivery across Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman. In addition, we apply a standard delivery fee of AED 300 for orders heading to Abu Dhabi and other Emirates.

• Delivery Timeline: Our logistics team delivers confirmed orders within 3 to 5 working days.

Scheduling & Customer Communication

Our operations team contacts you one business day before delivery to set your arrival time. Therefore, please keep your phone reachable. We must postpone the Delivery & Installation appointment if our team cannot reach you for confirmation.

Room Placement & Building Access Requirements

Our team handles complete assembly inside your chosen room. However, your hallways and doors must provide enough space for easy movement.

Please clear old furniture from the room before our team arrives. We do not move, dismantle, or reinstall older items. In addition, please confirm that your building elevator accommodates large furniture pieces. If the elevator is too small, extra handling fees may apply based on your floor level.
