Why are these products discounted?

They are the last pieces of collections we are replacing with new designs. The quality and the materials are the same as at full price.

How long do the offers last?

Each offer lasts while stock lasts. Many products have only one or two pieces left.

Can I see the offer products before I buy?

Yes. Most of them are on display at our showroom on Al Wahda Street, Sharjah.

Is delivery included?

Delivery and assembly are free inside the cities of Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman. Other areas and Emirates pay a delivery fee based on the size of the item, shown at checkout. Delivery takes 3 to 7 working days.

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes. You can pay with Tabby in instalments, or by credit or debit card.

Are some offer products display items?

Yes. Some offer products are display items from our showroom. Display items are sold as seen and do not carry a warranty. If you are not sure whether a product is a display item, ask us on WhatsApp before you order.

Can I return an offer product?

Offer products follow our normal policy: a product with a manufacturing defect or damage at delivery is exchanged. See our Exchange and Returns Policy page for details.
