Frequently Asked Questions
What size are your beds?
Our beds are king size and fit a standard 180 x 200 cm mattress. The overall size of each bed, including the headboard and base, is shown on the product page.
Is the mattress included with the bed?
No. The price is for the bed frame only. The mattress, pillows and bedding in the photos are not included unless the product page says so.
How do I know if a king bed fits my bedroom?
Leave at least 60 to 70 cm free on both sides and at the foot of the bed. You can draw your room and place the bed in Fit My Room before you order.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes 3 to 7 working days. Delivery and assembly are free inside the cities of Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman; other areas pay a fee based on the size of the item, shown at checkout.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. You can pay with Tabby in 4 interest-free payments, or by credit or debit card.
Do the beds have a warranty?
Yes. Our beds have a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, unless the product page shows a different period. Display items from the showroom have no warranty.
Can I see the beds before I buy?
Yes. You are welcome to see them at our showroom on Al Wahda Street, Sharjah.
